Welcome to Journey Junction Tours and Safaris! By booking a safari tour or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and the best possible experience for all our clients.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 40% of the total tour price.
  • Full payment must be made 60% 14 days before the start of the safari unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.(unless stated otherwise)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms aim to be fair and flexible:

  • 30+ days before tour: Full refund minus a processing fee
  • 5-29 days before tour: 50% refund of total booking.
  • Less than 14 days before the tour: No refund.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. In special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), we may offer credit for future tours.

Changes to Itinerary

  • Journey Junction Tours and Safaris reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, park regulations, or safety concerns. We will always aim to offer alternatives of equal or better value.
  • Clients may request changes, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible (subject to availability and extra costs, if any).

Health, Safety & Insurance

  • All guests must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
  • Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements.
  • Our guides are trained in first aid and committed to your safety throughout the experience.

Wildlife Sightings

  • While we strive to provide unforgettable wildlife encounters, sightings are not guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitat.
  • Patience, respect for nature, and timing all contribute to a successful safari experience.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with any part of your safari experience, please let our team know during or immediately after your trip.
  • We’ll listen, investigate, and do our best to make it right—whether through partial refund, a discount on your next booking, or another solution.
  • Your feedback helps us grow and ensure our safaris continue to improve.

Liability

  • Journey Junction Tours and Safaris is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the safari unless caused by negligence on our part.
  • We are also not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
